Creating more inclusive and supportive work-based learning environments for low-skilled learners by training work-readiness skills through Transformative Learning
BCOMP project aims at developing new methods and ICT-based tools to train VET teachers and in-company trainers on the design and co-creation of e-learning courses on work-readiness skills, and tailor made game-based mobile learning activities, to be used by VET teachers and in-company trainers, and adapted to the specific reality and needs of both the low-skilled learners and the companies providing WBL programs.
